504 Institute is located in a quiet and safe area very close to Bradley University near the Dingeldine Music Center, the Heuser Art Center and the Cullom-Davis Library. It's a very short walk to campus. 504 has a spacious front porch with a porch swing for calm and relaxing study breaks. The house has new vinyl siding and windows. Ceiling fans are on the first floor as well as in most bedrooms. Window AC units are provided by Just Bu. The downstairs has dark mahogany woodwork with antique columns and large pocket doors

The house has 5 good-sized bedrooms and no bedrooms in the basement. It does have a laundry room (free machines), and lots of storage as well as attic storage. The kitchen is a nice size with an electric stove and large refrigerator. There is parking for 4 cars behind the house plus free on-street parking. The house has a new furnace and has been inspected by licensed professionals and is safe with smoke and CO2 detectors on all floors plus updated electrical services with breakers and no fuses.
